Compensation and benefits are directly connected to employee’s performance and motivation to work. Therefore the compensation and benefits structure must be designed properly before creating a position and start hiring for the position. By negotiating savings may be obtained but in a long run, company's reputations more or less gets hampers due to poor salary structure design.
