A recruiter’s job is not a rocket science. The quality of work highly depends on the thought process. It’s always about both the priority and outcome. If the recruiter has a priority to only understand a job and find some CV for the job to meet the KPI is not the right approach to fill a position. Filling a position for a manager is a greater task than just considering some CV that the recruiter sends. The manager has to think from larger aspects such as meeting team working style, team culture, project demands & deadlines and many more. Recruiter must align the thought process to the actual need rather than focusing only on the job description and matching to submit a CV to keep the KPI tight. The outcome most probably will be negative in such a case. Hence it is advisable a recruiter must focus on various aspects of the job including the JD. It helps the process to run smoother.
