Job Role: Deputy Manager - Sales & Marketing (Automotive)
Job Location: Bangplee Industrial Estate, Samut Prakan
Job Type: Permanent
Client: Japanese Automotive Parts Manufacturing

  • Key responsibilities include the areas of Sales & Marketing, Project Management, coordinator and commercial activities
    including handling assessment management control and reporting to General Manager
  • New customer account, calculate quotation, price negotiation, control and advise subordinates to take care oversea and
    domestic customers, Forecast Management, Control Sales Report and review customer claim
  • Manage and Coordinate to all related section to ensure the programs have flawless launch and meet schedule &
    customer satisfaction
  • Handle performance management, career and success planning Sales team

Specific Skills
  1. Minimum 7 years in Sale and Marketing for Automotive business
  2. High responsibility, Strong problem solving skill, Negotiation skill, Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
  3. Self-motivated and possessing good follow-up abilities
  4. Good command of English
Responsible For
  1. Make quotation, Price Negotiation, Get competitor information
  2. Check weekly forecast
  3. Manage mainly current business (under development or mass-production), to maintain good evaluation by our customers, support more smooth operation to all concerned
  4. Maintenance of action plans to keep or get program on schedule
  5. Provide Sales forecast and develop the effective strategic planning and marketing plan
  6. Support sales monthly report
  7. Summarize important sales issue per week for reporting in Sales meeting
  8. Seeking for the new business channel to increase sales and market share as well as build the company profitability
  9. Develop sales and marketing plan to achieve goals and objectives
  10. Visit customers very often and ensure all services in company standard to maximize customer satisfaction and get feedback from customers
  11. Maintain good relationship with customer
  12. Responsible for promote and encourage the achievement of safety, occupational health and environmental goals.
  13. Follow up IATF16949, ISO45001 and ISO 14001 system
  14. Any assignment by Superior

  1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Engineering or Related field
  2. Preferred Japanese Language (N2-N1)
