HR Manager (Steel Manufacturing)

Overview

Our client is looking to fill an experienced HR Head to act as a bridge between labor and management. HR Head is responsible for personnel requirement analysis, fulfilling personnel requirements in timely manner, Job analysis, performance evaluation, wage/salaries, employee vacations, benefits, dispute resolution, employee contracts management, overall hiring/firing decisions, studying current trends, economic impacts etc.

Specific Skills

10+ years’ experience in HR and a minimum of 8 years in a manufacturing environment. (Industrial Product Manufacturing is added advantage)
Strong Analytical, problem solving, attention to detail, interpersonal skills are required.
Good verbal, written, listening skills in Thai and English
Proficient in using MS Office tools. Any ERP experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Oversee works and equipment they operate on factory floor and safety aspects.
Corporate policies related to compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, health safety programs.
Manage subordinate staff and activities.
Reporting on incidents, investigation, claim management.
Dispute resolution involving unions, management, employees, government agencies.
Advice management on contracts negotiations, management, and union relations
Handle labor policies, grievances.
