HR Manager (Steel Manufacturing)

Overview

Our client is looking to fill an experienced HR Head to act as a bridge between labor and management. HR Head is responsible for personnel requirement analysis, fulfilling personnel requirements in timely manner, Job analysis, performance evaluation, wage/salaries, employee vacations, benefits, dispute resolution, employee contracts management, overall hiring/firing decisions, studying current trends, economic impacts etc.

Specific Skills
  • 10+ years’ experience in HR and a minimum of 8 years in a manufacturing environment. (Industrial Product Manufacturing is added advantage)
  • Strong Analytical, problem solving, attention to detail, interpersonal skills are required.
  • Good verbal, written, listening skills in Thai and English
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools. Any ERP experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

  • Oversee works and equipment they operate on factory floor and safety aspects.
  • Corporate policies related to compensation & benefits, employee relations, training, health safety programs.
  • Manage subordinate staff and activities.
  • Reporting on incidents, investigation, claim management.
  • Dispute resolution involving unions, management, employees, government agencies.
  • Advice management on contracts negotiations, management, and union relations
  • Handle labor policies, grievances.
